Use of the service
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.

- You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and promote it on HowToLibrary.
- We may moderate, edit formatting, or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
- Automated and human review may be used for submissions and comments.

Prohibited conduct
- Spam, harassment, malware, scraping that degrades service, or attempts to bypass security.
- Misrepresenting qualifications or impersonating others.
- Using the API or AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.

Tools & disclaimers
- Calculators, checklists, and how-to guides are for general information only — not professional financial, medical, or legal advice.
- Internet speed test results depend on your connection and third-party networks; they are indicative, not guaranteed.

Accounts & termination
- We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
- You may close your account by contacting support.

Liability
- The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
